How do I get my RSR credentials?

To integrate your RSR account with Project Parabellum, you will need 3 items. Account number, Store Name are found by login into your RSR account, and clicking My Account. If you cannot locate them, contact RSR dealer support at (800) 541-0388. You will need your RSR username (or customer number) and password.

Once you have these, click Vendors, scroll down to RSR and click Configure Credentials. For POS, enter 'I' without quotes. Your user name is your account number.
