Lipseys API and integration
Lipsey's is polled over a dealer API on a schedule, so the mechanics of this sync match the other API-connected distributors here. What differs is whose account it runs on: the connection uses a dealer's own Lipsey's credentials, which is why this page describes the connection and not what comes back through it.
What Project Parabellum normalizes from Lipseys
Project Parabellum normalizes every item in the Lipseys feed — manufacturer, model, caliber, and category — into a shared vocabulary, so the same UPC carried by Lipseys can be compared against the same UPC carried by any other distributor we sync, rather than compared only within Lipseys's own naming. Dealers who connect their own Lipseys credentials see account-specific availability on top of that; everyone else sees catalog breadth and stock presence.
